By taking 15 minutes and writing a personal letter (a real one if you can) to one or all of these people, you can make a difference. If you hear something in reply, please let us know!

You may think that we as individuals are powerless to bring about major change in the politics at work here, but together a large amount of indiviual actions make a big statement.

There are several simple forms of action you can take.

1. Write - Addresses here
2. Raise awareness - tell your friends, campaign
3. Donate - All of the following charities support the Penan people; Survival International, Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace
4. Boycott - Consumer pressure to boycott wood products from the rainforest, Palm oil products, banks which finance projects detrimental to the rainforest.
